外国人工作许可证 变更业务申办指引

　　已取得《外国人工作许可证》的外国人个人信息（姓名、护照号、职务、类别）等事项发生变更的，应当自变更事项发生之日起10个工作日内提出变更业务申请。

　　一、办理程序 

　　网上申请→ 网上预审→ 受理→ 审查→ 决定

　　外国人来华工作管理服务系统官网地址：https://fwp.safea.gov.cn/

　　二、材料清单及要求

　　所需材料如下：

　　1.《外国人来华工作许可变更申请表》（系统中填写好申请人信息,在线导出申请表,打印后需申请人签名，加盖单位公章）；

　　2.申请变更事项的证明文件；

　　3.《外国人工作许可证》。

　　Guide for Change of Foreigner’s Work Permit of FWP

　　For any change with the personal information (name, passport, position and category) of a foreigner with a FWP, an application for change shall be made within 10 working days since the change occurs.

　　2. Checklist and Requirements

　　The documents required are listed as follows:

　　2.1 Application Form for Change of Foreigner’s Work Permit (the applicant should fill in his/her personal information in the system, download the completed application form, print it, sign it and stamp it with the official seal of the employer).

　　2.2 Supporting documents for the change of work permit.

　　2.3 Foreigner’s Work Permit.
